Candidacy is awarded to S.R. Leaders International Institute for Montessori Teacher Training by IAO on account of the exceptional services they provide in training Montessori level teachers to develop the understanding and learning level of the children.
S.R. Leaders International Institute for Montessori Teacher Training was established in the year 2012 with an aim to build the future leaders of the society. With this aim, the institute visions to train teachers who play a vital role in developing and molding the character and personality of the children from a very early age. The children at the Montessori level are very small yet have strong and quick learning abilities. Therefore, the teachers teaching them should be well aware of the child’s psychology, especially, so that it’s easy for the teacher to understand and analyze the child on their level of grasping knowledge and their learning outcomes.
At this institute the teachers are taught to adapt not only the traditional and old methods of teaching but they are trained to use new methodologies and strategies of conducting a good and active class. The teachers are groomed in terms of their peace of mind, workshops to build skills of classroom management and more importantly to interact with the students for their fast and accurate learning.
